Champagne Prestige des Sacres Cuvee Dynastie Blanc de Blancs Brut

Prestige Des Sacres is a growers' cooperative founded in the 1960s; today, it has 60 members and approximately 115 hectares of vineyards. Cellar operations are overseen by Jean-Christophe Lenfant.

The Cuvée Dynastie Blanc de Blancs Brut is produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in the cooperative's vineyards. Here in the Montagne de Reims area, the vines benefit from a unique northern climate and draw nutrients from the chalky soils typical of the Champagne region. These conditions, ideal for Chardonnay, foster slow grape ripening and the creation of pure, mineral-driven wines. The cuvée is a blend of vintage and reserve wines, in a 60/40 ratio respectively. The finished wine ages on the lees for four years, followed by a further six months of rest after disgorgement.

In the glass, this elegant Blanc de Blancs Champagne reveals a brilliant pale yellow hue with greenish highlights, enhanced by a fine, steady effervescence. Its aromatic profile is fresh and expressive, featuring notes of yellow flowers (such as mimosa and orange blossom) alternating with aromas of citrus and white fruit, along with subtle hints of almond. On the palate, it is lively, fresh, and smooth. It boasts a silky texture, a well-defined mineral streak, and good acidity. The finish is long, blending notes of hazelnut and citrus. It makes for an elegant aperitif, enjoyed on its own or paired with shellfish and fish appetizers.
