Located in gardens and over 200-year-old buildings in Ay, right in the historic center of the vineyards, the Champagne house Brimoncourt was purchased by Alexandre Cornot in 2008. The Champagne wine region enjoys an exclusive terroir thanks to its geographical position, the harsh climate, the hilly conformation, and the characteristics of its subsoil. Brimoncourt carries out sustainable viticulture paying attention to soil nutrition and the maintenance of biodiversity throughout the vine cycle.

Champagne Brimoncourt Blanc de Blancs is a fine and generous, fresh, and subtle wine, obtained with 100% Chardonnay grapes exclusively sourced from 8 villages all located in Premier and Grand Cru denominations of the Côte des Blancs.

The wine shows a wonderful bright yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, the notes of brioche and fresh fruit are combined with floral aromas of acacia and hawthorn. On the palate, it is generous and fleshy with citrus flavors that refresh the palate and a round and smooth mouthfeel. The finish is long and extremely harmonious. Served well chilled at 06 – 08°C, Brimoncourt Blanc de Blancs is perfect as an aperitif but also pairs wonderfully with smoked salmon, sashimi, sushi, shellfish, and grilled fish.
