What distinguishes Argentine Bonarda from other red wine varietals?

What was declared a "workhorse grape" in Argentina, which is basically what Bonarda used to be good at blending, has, recently, gained popularity, and is now acknowledged as an important varietal in its own right. The grape performs excellently with the sunlight in Argentina leading to wines that are "explosions" of fresh aroma of ripe berries, fruity acidity, and silky tannins. Aristocratic Bonarda from Argentina precisely deserves this due to the fact that it can be served with almost any dish like barbeque, pasta or pizza for example.
