Drink it now or cellar for up to 15 years. It is recommended to decant it for half an hour.

Founded in 2009 in the Sumadija wine region in central Serbia, Temet Winery owns approximately 38 hectares of vineyards that have been organically farmed since 2018. The vineyards, located at an altitude of approximately 270-300 meters, are planted with indigenous and international grape varieties.

Temet Tri Morave Red is a red wine produced from indigenous Prokupac grapes. After fermentation at a controlled temperature, the finished wine rests half in barrels and half in tanks, and is then left to refine in the bottle for 12 months.

In the glass, the wine shows an intense and bright color with ruby ​​red tones and purple reflections. Its aromatic profile is complex and broad with notes of cherry, plum, cassis and other ripe red fruits, followed by hints of violet, pepper, vanilla and tobacco. On the palate it is well-structured and juicy, elegant and powerful. It has a pleasant mineral note, velvety tannins and a well-balanced acidity. The finish is long and persistent with light spicy notes. It can stay a few years in the cellar, but it is also ready to drink now, paired with pasta Bolognese, lamb chops, meatballs with tomato sauce or spicy sausages.
