Founded in 2009 in the Sumadija wine region in central Serbia, Temet Winery owns approximately 38 hectares of vineyards that have been organically farmed since 2018. The vineyards, located at an altitude of approximately 270-300 meters, are planted with indigenous and international grape varieties.
Temet Tri Morave Red is a red wine produced from indigenous Prokupac grapes. After fermentation at a controlled temperature, the finished wine rests half in barrels and half in tanks, and is then left to refine in the bottle for 12 months.
In the glass, the wine shows an intense and bright color with ruby red tones and purple reflections. Its aromatic profile is complex and broad with notes of cherry, plum, cassis and other ripe red fruits, followed by hints of violet, pepper, vanilla and tobacco. On the palate it is well-structured and juicy, elegant and powerful. It has a pleasant mineral note, velvety tannins and a well-balanced acidity. The finish is long and persistent with light spicy notes. It can stay a few years in the cellar, but it is also ready to drink now, paired with pasta Bolognese, lamb chops, meatballs with tomato sauce or spicy sausages.

overall i had a positive experience, they have a wide range of wines, some which are hard to find anywhere else - the main reason i still buy from them, plus the discounts are fair and often, but... their codes for the first offer only works at the first offer, which if fine, but then why would you send me the voucher in each package i order, why spam me on the email and every time i log in on the website? this is really bothering me... then their rewards points system is useless, first of all because you only get peanuts even after spending €250 on an order, but even those peanuts will expire if you won't order again soon, which is unfair, to say the least... and lastly, if you get a corked wine, a wine with any deffect or a wine that leaked (my last order contained a bottle of $100 Caymus Cabernet with a leaking cork, which made the wine tasted cooked and flat), they have no procedure put in place for you to replace or return the wine or to get a refund or replacement - none, which is a big no no no for any wine collector... so all in all i give it 3 stars for now
