What is the best temperature to serve Pinot Noir?

Chilling Pinot Noir slightly to 55-60°F (13-15°C) enhances its soft aromas and tastes, so the wine becomes more refreshing. This temperature range is slightly lower than room temperature, and this property can also smoothen the alcohol character and enhance the wine’s fruit and floral notes; at the same time, the complexity and subtlety of Pinot Noir is preserved. Serving Pinot Noir too hot will be a threat to its subtleties, while too cold will compromise its aromatics and complexity.
