What are white blends?

White blends are wines that are made from combining two or more white grape varieties. Wine makers mix various grapes to produce a different wine with its own flavor profile, a blend that incorporates acidity, sweetness and the aroma. This wine is often a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, and this blend produces a wine full of complexity and depth, as examples, Bordeaux Blanc.
