What are the primary regions known for producing Rosé wine?

Although rosé wine is cultivated all over the world, a few regions stand out for their outstanding products. Rosés of the Provence region, in the south of France, are widely respected for their pale, light, dry and very aromatic character. Spain’s rosados are particularly famous in the regions of Navarra and Catalonia for their freshness and fruitiness. Veneto and Tuscany regions of Italy make light and refreshing rosatos, while California’s Central Coast and Napa Valley offer an abundance of rosé varieties – from bone-dry to aromatic and fruity.
