How does the climate in Australia affect wine production?

Our water is everywhere. It falls from the sky and evaporates into vapor. It travels back and forth, within the air and across the bodies of water. Far southern regions like Tasmania are famous for their classic effervescent white wines, whereas most of the red wines are produced in the hotter districts of Barossa. This diversity allows us to see the countries of the world producing all kinds of wines with very different styles, to show their versatility and creativity in the art of winemaking.
