Domaine Yohan Lardy is an emerging winery located in Beaujolais that has quickly gained popularity and recognition for its production of elegant, natural wines offering excellent value. The estate covers approximately 7 hectares of vineyards, 2 of which are located in the prestigious Les Michelots parcel in the Moulin-a-Vent appellation.
The Chardonnay grapes are sourced and selected from the organically farmed Les Bruyères vineyard, located approximately 150 meters above sea level on a plateau near the entrance to the village of Fleurie. Here, the vines enjoy a sunny position and a clay-loam soil that favors the full expression of the Chardonnay's aromas. After manual harvesting, the vinification takes place naturally and spontaneously, and the finished wine then ages on the lees for four months.
In the glass, Beaujolais Blanc Les Bruyeres reveals a brilliant golden yellow color and a fragrant aromatic profile with notes of citrus, apple, and melon, followed by lightly toasted and buttery aromas, and hints of nutty fruit. On the palate, it is smooth, harmonious, and elegant, with good minerality and a balanced, refreshing acidity. The finish is medium-long and recalls delicate honeyed notes. Try it with grilled chicken or white fish.

overall i had a positive experience, they have a wide range of wines, some which are hard to find anywhere else - the main reason i still buy from them, plus the discounts are fair and often, but... their codes for the first offer only works at the first offer, which if fine, but then why would you send me the voucher in each package i order, why spam me on the email and every time i log in on the website? this is really bothering me... then their rewards points system is useless, first of all because you only get peanuts even after spending €250 on an order, but even those peanuts will expire if you won't order again soon, which is unfair, to say the least... and lastly, if you get a corked wine, a wine with any deffect or a wine that leaked (my last order contained a bottle of $100 Caymus Cabernet with a leaking cork, which made the wine tasted cooked and flat), they have no procedure put in place for you to replace or return the wine or to get a refund or replacement - none, which is a big no no no for any wine collector... so all in all i give it 3 stars for now
