Located in Tuscany, in the heart of the Chianti Classico area, the Tenuta Nozzole extends over 385 hectares of land, of which about 90 are planted with vines. The farm, which dates back to the 1300s, was purchased in 1971 by the Folonari family who still owns and manages the property today. The estate includes a villa, a large barrel cellar, and a vault for the conservation of historic vintages.

The Chardonnay grapes come from vineyards located in the area closest to the Greve river, facing north. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The finished wine matures for six months on the lees (sur lie) and then rests for another two months in the bottle before being released on the market. The first vintage of Chardonnay Le Bruniche was bottled in 1986.

This elegant white wine reveals a fresh, fruity, and floral aromatic profile with notes of apple and stone fruit, lemon, melon, some aromatic herbs, and white flowers. On the palate, the wine shows a pleasant creaminess. It is soft and well-balanced with lively acidity and a clean and mineral finish. Serve it chilled with appetizers or vegetarian first courses, savory pies, white fish and poultry. It also goes well with fresh cheese.
