See Ya Later Ranch’s unique name was inspired by legendary local figure Major Hugh Fraser who used to sign off his letters with the phrase and was the first to plant vines here in the 1920s. Located high above the Okanagan Valley next to the imposing Hawthorne Mountain, the ranch is one of the Valley’s highest altitude wineries. The unique terroir here is perfect for crafting powerful yet balanced red wines thanks to the long ripening season and sunny slopes.
Conditions up here are cooler than in Okanagan Valley itself, so the fruit achieves perfect ripeness while still retaining plenty of aromatics. This cuvee is predominantly composed of Shiraz, with a small proportion of Viognier added to boost the freshness and elegance of the final blend. The two varieties are fermented together in stainless steel tanks and then matured in French and American oak barrels for 14 months.
Succulent plums, dark cherries and winter spice define the nose, transforming on the palate to deeper notes of cassis, blackberries, licorice and dark chocolate. The first sip reveals a full body, smooth tannins and long, clean finish which makes it a great match for charcuterie, hearty tomato-based pasta dishes and even game.

overall i had a positive experience, they have a wide range of wines, some which are hard to find anywhere else - the main reason i still buy from them, plus the discounts are fair and often, but... their codes for the first offer only works at the first offer, which if fine, but then why would you send me the voucher in each package i order, why spam me on the email and every time i log in on the website? this is really bothering me... then their rewards points system is useless, first of all because you only get peanuts even after spending €250 on an order, but even those peanuts will expire if you won't order again soon, which is unfair, to say the least... and lastly, if you get a corked wine, a wine with any deffect or a wine that leaked (my last order contained a bottle of $100 Caymus Cabernet with a leaking cork, which made the wine tasted cooked and flat), they have no procedure put in place for you to replace or return the wine or to get a refund or replacement - none, which is a big no no no for any wine collector... so all in all i give it 3 stars for now
