Located in the Chablis wine region, Patrick Piuze's winery produces excellent quality wines that are an authentic expression of the region's identity. Arriving from Quebec in the 2000s, after various experiences for very prestigious Burgundy companies, Patrick Piuze founded his business in 2008. Although he does not own vineyards, Patrick has the ability to select and purchase high-quality grapes from old vines located in some of the most important crus of the region.

The Chardonnay grapes for this elegant Chablis are selected from vines planted in 1974 in a plot located on the left bank of the Serein. Here the exposure conditions guarantee the production of a fresh and dynamic wine. Fermentation and aging take place half in barrels and half in used tanks.

Chablis Terroir de la Chapelle has a brilliant color with straw yellow tones and golden reflections. Its aromatic profile is lively and broad with fresh notes of lemon and lime, apple and pear, and some hints of iodine. On the palate, it has a medium body and bright acidity. It is refreshing and energetic, fruity and with a good, persistent finish, with a slightly saline note. It makes a great aperitif and pairs wonderfully with seafood.
