Founded in Beaune in 1859 by Louis Henry Denis Jadot, Maison Louis Jadot now owns approximately 220 hectares of vineyards spread across Burgundy's most important wine districts. Widely considered one of the region's most prestigious producers, the company also owns Château des Jacques and Domaine Ferret, as well as properties in America.

Maison Luis Jadot’s Bourgogne, is a highly representative entry-level wine that elegantly reflects the characteristics of a regional wine. The Pinot Noir grapes come primarily from the Côte Chalonnaise. Vinification takes place using traditional methods at a winery in Givry, and the finished wine rests for 8–10 months before blending and bottling.

In the glass, this elegant Pinot Noir reveals a brilliant, pale ruby ​​color and a broad, fruity aromatic profile featuring notes of cranberry, cherry, and raspberry, followed by hints of spice and forest floor. On the palate, it is harmonious and juicy, with a smooth texture and fine tannins. It offers a well-balanced streak of refreshing acidity and medium body. The finish is moderately long with spicy undertones. Try it with grilled bluefin tuna, duck breast, or veal liver.
