Located in California's Santa Ynez Valley wine region, Jonata Wines is owned by Stan Kroenke, who also owns The Hilt Estate and Screaming Eagle. The estate covers 33 hectares of vineyards located in Ballard Canyon and planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, and other Bordeaux varietals. The company produces a series of red blends such as El Desafio and Fenix and an interesting dessert wine based on Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc called La Miel. The name Jonata is inspired by the Rancho San Carlos de Jonata which covered much of the Santa Ynez Valley in the 1800s.

Jonata's Todos wine is a fantastic blend of all the white and red varietals grown on the estate with a majority of Syrah. The grapes come from plants grown on sandy soils. The work in the vineyard is expertly managed by Ruben Solorzano, while the winemaking operations are led by Matt Dees, considered one of the most talented winemakers at the moment.

The wine reveals a concentrated aromatic profile with notes of dark fruit and black pepper, wild herbs, spices, and light toasted and floral hints. On the palate, it is intense and full-bodied with the solid structure of the Cabernet Sauvignon and the spicy character of the Syrah. It is refined and well-balanced with a long and persistent finish. Perfect with grilled red meat.
