This dark and handsome California Cabernet Sauvignon perfectly mediates between the state's unique wine regions, which come together in perfect harmony in this bottle. Napa Valley grapes add weight and complexity, Sonoma adds a note of sweet baking spices, and Lake County berries add a subtle minerality. From the warmer Paso Robles grapes we get mild, well-rounded tannins and bold flavors, whereas Lodi finishes this blend with a silky-smooth mouthfeel and bold jammy fruit.

After harvesting the grapes, the wine is fermented separately and aged in oak barrels for 18 months. As they develop, the barrels are tasted periodically to check their progress and decide the composition of the final blend.

The result is a well-rounded wine that has a snapshot of California's best areas for Cabernet Sauvignon to offer. The bouquet offers blackberry, cola and sweet vanilla notes, while the palate shows off crushed dark berries and baking spices. This wine is well-rounded and silky smooth in the mouth and can be enjoyed excellently on its own, with a hearty tomato-based pasta or even with dark meats.
