Domaine Guillon et Fils is a family winery founded in 1980 in Gevrey Chambertin. Today, this renowned estate cultivates approximately 40 hectares of vineyards according to the principles of sustainable agriculture to promote the full expression of the terroir and the vines.

The Pinot Noir grapes come from a plot located in the commune of Chambolle-Musigny, where the extraordinary terroir contributes to the creation of a wine characterized by great freshness and elegance. After manual harvesting and vinification, the wine rests in new oak barrels, acquiring roundness and complexity.

Bourgogne Les Graviers from Domaine Jean-Michel Guillon & Fils is a fresh and fragrant wine with an intense ruby ​​color and light purple reflections. On the nose, it reveals a broad bouquet with lively notes of cherry, strawberry, and raspberry, floral aromas, and hints of tobacco, cedar, and perfectly integrated oak. On the palate, it is elegant and lean, dry and well-balanced with a medium body and soft tannins. It is smooth with a moderate acidity, a round texture, and a long fruity finish with leathery and earthy touches. It is perfect with mushroom risotto, stuffed quail, or chicken liver pâté.
