Bursting with cherry, plum, and mulberry fruit fragrances coupled with a blue flower, leather, and dried herb overtones, every wine enthusiast will undoubtedly marvel at this rare work of art. Austere gritty and floral notes, spices, garlic, cinnamon tannins in the background further enhance its complexity. Being a Chianti Classico, it is entirely made from the red thin-skinned Sangiovese grapes known for their intense cherry flavors.

After being harvested from the Cavarchione vineyards, the grapes are soaked for 21 days before being transferred to cement tanks, where they undergo fermentation with the aid of indigenous yeast. Later on, the product is transferred to wooden barrels to undergo the final process of lactic acid fermentation before being bottled. It is advisable to aerate for up to 20 minutes before serving. Delectable when paired with beef, veal, and poultry dishes.
