Founded in 2004 by Ermenegildo Giusti, the Giusti Wine winery initially had two hectares of land. Thanks to a massive investment plan and high-quality production, over the years, the winery has become a true reference point for the production of wines in the Veneto region and has expanded the vineyard to an area of 200 hectares, divided into ten distinct estates.

This fragrant Prosecco is produced with the best Glera grapes from the vineyards of the Rosalia estate located in Veneto, in the Marca Trevigiana, in the Pieve area, and in the municipality of Nervesa della Battaglia on medium-textured soil, rich in skeleton. The first fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with the use of selected yeasts. Following the Charmat method, the second fermentation takes place in autoclaves, at a controlled temperature to preserve the natural aromatic profile of the Glera grapes.

Giusti Rosalia Prosecco Extra Dry is a delicious wine with aromas of apricots and peaches, melon, and lime. The olfactory profile is also enriched by soft floral notes, of acacia and jasmine, and gentle fragrant hints of almonds. In the mouth, this Prosecco is fresh and delicious without being pungent, and almost thirst-quenching with its juicy fruity acidity. On the finish there are delicate mineral hints that give an extra touch of complexity. It is ideal as an aperitif alongside some appetizing finger food. Try it with a salmon tartare, tuna meatballs, or a tempura of vegetables and prawns.
