The Chateau Favori is located in a small village perched 200m above sea level, in the heart of the Coteaux Varois appellation in Provence.

Thanks to its favorable position (hence the nickname of the place "Favori"), the vineyards enjoy clayey-calcareous soils that favor the rooting of the vine to bring it to deeply draw the minerals it needs and the presence of aquifers that naturally feed the vineyard. The cool nights balance the warm and sunny days, favoring optimal climatic conditions for the ripening of the grapes.

Since 2017, the company has taken a decisive turn towards ecological agriculture with the help of consultants Claude and Lydia Bourguignon. The Favori Mediterranée is a lively blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Merlot.

This splendid rosé from Provence displays a typical soft pink color, fresh aromas of white fruits, and some floral notes. Freshness returns to the palate with a slight salty hint. On the palate, the wine is fruity and refreshing with a long and delicate aftertaste of white flowers. It goes very well with cold cuts and fresh cheeses, seafood, and, of course, tomato Tarte Tatin. It is definitely the perfect wine for a warm summer evening!
