Located in the heart of Green Provence in Bras in the Var, the Chateau Favori enjoys a natural position of exceptional beauty and benefits from a stony clayey-limestone soil favorable to the expression of the Coteaux Varois terroir, and a climate characterized by sunny days and cool nights thanks to the protection of the Massif de la Sainte Baume.
This lively and fresh wine is produced from a blend of Grenache (70%), Syrah (15%), and Vermentino or Rolle (15%). Grenache brings delicacy to the blend, Syrah sets a beautiful pink color and brings structure and liveliness, while the Rolle adds some interesting floral notes and balances the whole. The grapes are harvested overnight to ensure freshness and maintain the varietal characteristics. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16 ° for a better aromatic expression.
The wine has a beautiful light and bright pink color. On the nose, it is an expressive wine with distinct aromas of red fruit, especially strawberry, raspberry, and cherry, as well as notes of spring white flowers. In the mouth, the Favori Chateau Favori Provence is fresh and thirst-quenching with fruity and slightly spicy notes, it has a beautiful structure and a very pleasant balance. The finish is long and slightly salty.
It goes perfectly with Mediterranean appetizers, raw vegetables, summer vegetarian recipes, seafood, and sea bass with olives.

overall i had a positive experience, they have a wide range of wines, some which are hard to find anywhere else - the main reason i still buy from them, plus the discounts are fair and often, but... their codes for the first offer only works at the first offer, which if fine, but then why would you send me the voucher in each package i order, why spam me on the email and every time i log in on the website? this is really bothering me... then their rewards points system is useless, first of all because you only get peanuts even after spending €250 on an order, but even those peanuts will expire if you won't order again soon, which is unfair, to say the least... and lastly, if you get a corked wine, a wine with any deffect or a wine that leaked (my last order contained a bottle of $100 Caymus Cabernet with a leaking cork, which made the wine tasted cooked and flat), they have no procedure put in place for you to replace or return the wine or to get a refund or replacement - none, which is a big no no no for any wine collector... so all in all i give it 3 stars for now
