Their family-owned vineyards cover a modest 15 hectares, comprising some of the finest plots in Burgundy.
Combe d’Orange is a fresh, youthful wine, bursting with scents of grated lemon zest, sun-drenched stone fruit, ripe orchard fruits, melted butter, and minerality. It is crafted from 100% Chardonnay, harvested from environmentally certified vineyards. This is a versatile white wine, and a born crowd-pleaser, perfect for pairing with a wide range of foods and occasions.
On the palate, it expands into a medley of green apple, pear, quince, and subtle, salty minerality. Look for notes of hazelnut, citrus, and vanilla, singing quietly in the background. The grapes spent 10 months ageing in oak barrels, imparting a subtle oaky structure that supports the wine’s soft acidity. It was made for enjoyment in its youth and will be an excellent partner for cream of vegetable soup, shellfish, or roast chicken.

overall i had a positive experience, they have a wide range of wines, some which are hard to find anywhere else - the main reason i still buy from them, plus the discounts are fair and often, but... their codes for the first offer only works at the first offer, which if fine, but then why would you send me the voucher in each package i order, why spam me on the email and every time i log in on the website? this is really bothering me... then their rewards points system is useless, first of all because you only get peanuts even after spending €250 on an order, but even those peanuts will expire if you won't order again soon, which is unfair, to say the least... and lastly, if you get a corked wine, a wine with any deffect or a wine that leaked (my last order contained a bottle of $100 Caymus Cabernet with a leaking cork, which made the wine tasted cooked and flat), they have no procedure put in place for you to replace or return the wine or to get a refund or replacement - none, which is a big no no no for any wine collector... so all in all i give it 3 stars for now
