Starting initially from a 10-hectare vineyard in the Drama region, the Costa Lazaridi estate now extends over more than 230 hectares of vineyards with native Greek and other international varieties. Production is limited with low yields to ensure the best possible grape quality. The cellar is equipped with state-of-the-art winemaking equipment, reception areas for visitors, as well as a space for aging wines and a distillery. The company also produces balsamic vinegar.
The Costa Lazaridi Oenotria Land Cabernet Agiorgitiko is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, with minor additions of Agiorgitiko. The grapes come from certified organic vineyards. The Agiorgitiko moderates the intensity of the Cabernet Sauvignon while maintaining the varietal characteristics. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
The wine reveals a good intensity of aromas including dark fruits such as forest berries, blackberries, and plums followed by chocolate, sweet spices and smoky notes. On the palate, it is deep, full-bodied, and round with good balance and soft tannins. It is a warm wine and the finish is spicy, elegant, and persistent. It is perfect with roast lamb or duck but also goes well with steak and beef stew.

overall i had a positive experience, they have a wide range of wines, some which are hard to find anywhere else - the main reason i still buy from them, plus the discounts are fair and often, but... their codes for the first offer only works at the first offer, which if fine, but then why would you send me the voucher in each package i order, why spam me on the email and every time i log in on the website? this is really bothering me... then their rewards points system is useless, first of all because you only get peanuts even after spending €250 on an order, but even those peanuts will expire if you won't order again soon, which is unfair, to say the least... and lastly, if you get a corked wine, a wine with any deffect or a wine that leaked (my last order contained a bottle of $100 Caymus Cabernet with a leaking cork, which made the wine tasted cooked and flat), they have no procedure put in place for you to replace or return the wine or to get a refund or replacement - none, which is a big no no no for any wine collector... so all in all i give it 3 stars for now
