Cornelio Dinastia is a family winery in Rioja with a long tradition. The company produces high-quality wines, which convey the typicality and essence of their land, knowing how to enhance its qualities and using the least interventional techniques possible throughout the production process. Their commitment to organic viticulture led them to create the Vega Vella range.

Produced with 100% Tempranillo grapes selected and harvested by hand, from over fifty-year-old vineyards, located at an altitude of over 500 meters. The malolactic fermentation takes place in new American oak barriques, to preserve the color and structure of the grapes. The wine then remains in new American barrels for a minimum of 14 months and completes the refinement in the bottle for more than a year.

In the glass, bright purplish red tones with subtle ruby reflections stand out. On the nose, the wine reveals pleasant aromas of black and red fruit, with hints of coconut, vanilla, and spices. In the mouth, the ripe fruits return with intensity followed by toasted notes. It is a complex, elegant, well-structured wine characterized by powerful tannins. It is delicious with red meat or game and perfect with venison served with chocolate sauce.
