Drink it now or cellar for up to 15 years. It is recommended to decant it for an hour.

La Cipriana winery, the third one established in the Bolgheri DOC area, was founded in 1975 by brothers Carlo and Luigi Fabiani. The company, managed since 2001 by the daughter of Carlo, Laura, is now made up of 8 hectares of vineyards, plus 2 recently purchased, and 3 of olive groves planted with the varieties Moraiolo, Leccino, Pendolino, and Frantoio. The vineyards are located in part around the business center where the agritourism accommodation facility is also located, and in part on Via Bolgherese in the area called "Scopaio".

Cipriana Bolgheri San Martino DOC is a full-bodied red wine, whose color tends to be an intense ruby red, as deep and strong as the lands from which it comes. Its delicious scent recalls berry fruits, in a complex array of aromas ranging from balsamic to floral, from fruity to spicy. The blend is a balanced mix between Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, with a flavor that appears structured on the palate but at the same time soft and enveloping, and whose harmony will persist over time. It makes a great partner for game, especially wild boar, or aged cheese.
