An ancient and highly prestigious Moldovan winery, Chateau Purcari, is located in the historic region of Bessarabia, where viticulture and winemaking date back to ancient times. Here, between the Nistru River and the Black Sea, the soil and climate conditions are ideal for quality viticulture.

The Chateau Purcari Nocturne line of wines is distinguished by the uniqueness of nighttime manual harvesting. This practice ensures the pure expression of aromatic richness and a distinctive freshness, preserving the purity of the fruity bouquet.

In the glass, this Pinot Noir reveals an unusual character and a deep ruby ​​color with purple highlights. On the nose, it displays a broad aromatic profile with intense notes of red fruits (raspberry, strawberry, cherry, pomegranate, and blackberry) and hints of caramel, hot spices, and white chocolate. On the palate, it has a medium body and a good concentration of fruit. It is juicy, fresh, and lively with youthful yet well-integrated tannins. The finish is long and, in addition to the evident fruity notes, recalls a delicate mineral vein. Try it with roasted guinea fowl and turkey with cranberry sauce.
