The Laherte Frères winery is a small family business in Champagne, divided into 72 micro-plots scattered throughout the region for a total of about 11 hectares of vineyards. It was founded in 1889 by Jean-Baptiste Laherte and today it is led, in compliance with the criteria of biodynamic agriculture, by Aurélien, the sixth generation of the family. The company's vineyards extend over three different typical Champagne locations: Épernay, Côte des Blancs, and Vallée de la Marne.

The Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut Les Longues Voyes is made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from vineyards located in villages classified as Premier Cru on the limestone and clay soils of the Montagne de Reims, which are particularly suitable for the cultivation of Pinot Noir. First fermentation takes place in barrique, and the second one takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method with a minimum period of rest on the lees of 18 months before dégorgement.

The color is bright light yellow, with fine bubbles. On the nose, the wine gives pleasantly fruity aromas, with hints of bread crust and delicate floral nuances. The taste is fragrant and with a juicy and crunchy fruit, which anticipates a fresh and balanced finish. Fresh and easy to drink, it is an ideal Champagne to be enjoyed at the time of an aperitif or with delicate appetizers.
