EPC is a modern startup launched by Edouard Roy, a leading figure in the panorama of quality French wines. The company has selected a group of expert winemakers and oenologists, who produce grapes and wines that respect the environment, and that are representative of their terroir. Their goal is to produce quality Champagnes that are fully traceable, attractive to a younger market, and affordable.

From the Vertus winegrowers' cooperative, the Premier Cru Extra Brut Rosé is mainly made up of Chardonnay and a hint of Pinot Noir, and ages for 24 months.

This fruity Champagne looks like a real breath of freshness. The color is bright salmon and the nose reveals a gourmet bouquet of pink grapefruit, red citrus, mandarin, strawberry, and ripe raspberry. The taste is full of fresh acidity and powerful bubbles. The acidity contributes to a good freshness which makes the wine lively and balanced. The perfect pink Champagne: fragrant and elegant. It goes perfectly with oily fish such as sardines and mackerel. A little plus: on the back of the bottle there is a small indicator that lights up and turns blue when the bottle has the right temperature, i.e. between 8 and 10 degrees.
