EPC is one of the most innovative and young Champagne producers on the market. The company, whose name comes from the Latin E Pluribis Champanum, which means ‘unity is strength’, is based in the municipality of Vindey in the Marne, in the Grand Est region of France and is managed by Édouard Roys together with a team of young people with the goal of producing wines in a traditional way but which are more approachable and accessible to a younger audience.
EPC collaborates with various winegrowers in the Champagne region, with certain obligations and requirements for their business partners, such as the traceability of the grapes and the lowest possible use of additives. Produced in a limited edition, EPC's Blanc de Blancs is a champagne made with 100% Chardonnay grapes selected in the Vertus terroir. The dosage is low (5gr/l) and the result is therefore a wine of great freshness.
Its aromatic profile is fresh and lively with vibrant notes of citrus, green apple and subtle floral scents. On the palate it has a lively acidity that perfectly balances its creamy texture. There are citrus notes, accompanied by a mineral background. It is an elegant wine that goes perfectly with seafood but also chicken with herbs.
