Founded in 1905 by Charles Ellner and carried on by his son, Pierre, buying new plots of vines, today the Champagne House Charles Ellner is managed by Jean-Pierre, grandson of the founder. The 50 hectares of vineyards owned are distributed in 15 municipalities located from the Marne Valley to the Montagne de Reims, passing through the Côte des Blancs or the Suzannais. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier are grown in the family estate using sustainable and environmentally friendly viticulture. The manual harvest, and a vinification and assembly carried out with the utmost care by the oenologist of the house allow to produce delicate, soft and fruity champagnes.

Séduction is a vintage brut champagne produced with Chardonnay grapes from the vineyards of Valeurières and Barbonne, and Pinot Noir grapes from Épernay.

In the glass, Champagne Seduction Brut displays a beautiful deep gold color. The aromatic profile shows aromas of candied and dried fruit with aromas of butter and brioche. It is a very expressive wine that reveals a nice vivacity and great balance in the mouth. The perlage is delicate and fine and the finish is fresh and persistent. This wine goes perfectly with foie gras, truffle risotto or fresh goat cheese.
