The Saperavi grapes for Bedoba Reserve are sourced from vineyards situated in the Kvareli subregion, where the black slate soils impart a pronounced minerality and robust structure to the wine. After vinification, the finished wine ages first in traditional Georgian clay amphorae embedded in the ground and then in lightly toasted oak. The result is a powerful and complex wine that combines the utmost expression of the terroir with the profound character of the Saperavi grape.

In the glass, the wine reveals a deep garnet red color. Its aromatic profile opens with notes of ripe berries, black pepper, sweet spices, and wild herbs. On the palate, it is bold, rich, and concentrated. It has a full body and a smooth texture. It is deep and expressive, with a good freshness and a long, lingering finish.
