Founded in 2019 in Tuscany, Arillo in Terrabianca is the project of Adriana and Urs Burkard, uniting three wine estates located in the Radda, Maremma, and Val d'Orcia regions.

Collezione Campaccio blends Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot from the Tenuta Il Tesoro vineyards in Valpiana, Alta Maremma, at an altitude of 140-160 meters above sea level. After temperature-controlled vinification, the finished wine ages on the lees in stainless steel, then in French oak for 20 months, and finally in bottle for about a year.

Collezione, an elite and iconic wine, is the ultimate expression of the Maremma terroir and the fruit of meticulous work in the vineyard and cellar. In the glass, the wine reveals an intense and brilliant color with dark ruby hues. Its aromatic profile is rich and varied, with notes of berries, plum, and black cherry, followed by hints of Mediterranean herbs, spices, and coffee. On the palate, it is powerful and distinctive, elegant and smooth, with lively acidity and a well-defined tannic backbone. The finish is long and persistent with mineral touches. It's the perfect wine for braised meats, game stews, and rich meat-based pasta dishes.
