Anne Boisson hails from a family with a long tradition in the Meursault region. Her parents, owners of Domaine Boisson-Vadot, divided part of the family vineyard between their two children, Anne and Pierre, to allow them to forge their own paths and freely express their individual winemaking styles. Today, Domaine Anne Boisson encompasses approximately 1.5 hectares of vineyards situated between Meursault and Auxey-Duresses, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune. Here, the clay-limestone soils create ideal conditions for Chardonnay, yielding wines with a distinctive mineral character.
The Chardonnay grapes come from vineyards planted on the typical clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Beaune, cultivated with total respect for the terroir and using low-impact treatments.
In the glass, the wine reveals a brilliant pale yellow color. Its aromatic profile is broad and delicate, featuring fruity notes of apple, ripe citrus, and pear, along with floral hints of acacia set against a mineral backdrop. On the palate, it is fresh, juicy, and lively, with a well-defined mineral backbone. It possesses good structure and vibrant acidity. The finish is long and elegant, with gentle saline notes. Try it with grilled white fish, scallop risotto, or spaghetti with clams.

Overall, I had a very positive experience. However, faster response times and clearer communication would make the service even better.
