How does the terroir of Greece influence the flavor of its wines?

There are many differences in terroir, from the residual glacial mountainous area to by the sea and even volcanic soil, which is reflected in Greek wines in the way they are tasted. As it can be seen, there are grape varieties such as the ones from the volcanic island of Santorini that are expressing some mineral notes, while little further inland in the Mediterranean climate in the Peloponnese, it might be possible to get fruit-forward varietals.
