Located in Ceptura de Jos, Romania, Crama Ceptura was founded in 2003, when the domain was acquired by Moldovan winemaker Victor Bostan, thus becoming part of the Purcari Group. The construction of the winery was started in 2004, and important investments were made in the modernization of the winemaking equipment. Already in 2005, the first batch of wine called Crama Ceptura Winery was delivered to the market. The estate now covers an area of about 13 hectares, with a production of 10,000 tons of grapes per season.

Wine Crime Rosé is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, obtained from grapes harvested and selected by hand. Its color is the result of an early pressing of the grapes after a very short period, usually a few hours, of contact with the skins.

This young and lively wine has a bright pink color with a clear appearance. The nose is charming, with a bouquet composed of aromas of red and exotic fruit and peony flowers. It is round, velvety, wide and full-bodied, comforting and lively, with good acidity, which supports a structure based on freshness and elegance. The finish is reminiscent of blueberries and raspberries.

Serve it well fresh, along with fish dishes, appetizers, salads, fresh cheeses, and desserts such as cheesecakes or fruit tarts.
