Located in Rully, south of Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy, the Vitteaut-Alberti winery produces excellent sparkling wines according to the traditional method. Above the Côte de Beaune, the hills of the Hautes Côte de Beaune extend at an altitude of 400 meters, exposed to the rising sun, where the winery grows Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Aligoté grapes.
The Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Vitteaut-Alberti draws its aromas from the splendid terroir of Burgundy. Its distinctive elegance is the perfect combination of the characteristics of the blend: it has the finesse of Chardonnay, the vinous notes of Pinot Noir, and the lively freshness of Aligoté. The winery vinifies this delicious sparkling wine according to the traditional method. The first fermentation takes place in steel and the second in the bottle, with minimum maturation on the yeasts from 16 to 18 months.
In the glass, the wine shows a pale golden yellow color, with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is fruity and floral, with a delicious sweetness of yellow fruits, especially plum, quince and white peach. In the mouth it is light, silky and round. It is perfect both as an aperitif and to accompany second courses of white meat and, of course, fish and shellfish.
