Located on the northern slopes of Etna, Tenuta delle Terre Nere is a Sicilian winery founded by Marc de Grazia. The estate extends across approximately 50 hectares of vineyards, divided into 29 plots and distributed across 9 districts, planted primarily with native grape varieties.

Tenuta delle Terre Nere Etna Bianco is a blend of Carricante, Catarratto, Grecanico, and Inzolia grapes grown organically in vineyards located at altitudes between 600 and 950 meters in the municipalities of Randazzo, Castiglione di Sicilia, Biancavilla, and Milo. The vines are rooted in volcanic soils composed of sand and ash, rich in minerals. After manual harvesting and gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, and the finished wine is then aged in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and aromatic character.

In the glass, the wine reveals a deep straw-yellow color with bright greenish highlights. Its aromatic profile is fragrant and delicate, with notes of lime blossom, green apple, peach, melon, candied citrus, and Mediterranean herbs on a light mineral undertone. On the palate, it is juicy, fresh, lively, and taut, with a distinctive minerality and a saline touch that lingers on the finish along with fruity notes. It pairs exceptionally well with grilled fish, seafood, and sushi.
