In 2005 he founded the Roots Run Deep winery in Napa Valley with the help of friends and family who believe in his mission to craft delicious yet ageworthy wines at accessible prices. Albrecht now also sources fruit from Sonoma Coast, Lake County, and Lodi, producing stunning wines that capture the beauty of California’s many varied terroirs.
