The Rkasiteli grapes are hand-picked in the Kakheti region. The grapes are left to macerate on the skins for 6 months and fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and without any additives in Qvevri. The wine is then aged in Qvevri for a period of up to 12 months. The wine has a characteristic light orange color. On the nose, the aromatic profile shows notes of white fruit and green apple. It is sophisticated and harmonious with a soft finish. Serve with beef steak, barbecue, roasted mushrooms, Asian chickpeas based dishes or cheese.
