The Negretti winery is a family business founded and run by brothers Massimo and Ezio. Located in the heart of the Langhe, the estate extends across approximately 13 hectares of vineyards, carefully tended by the two brothers, descendants of a family of Piedmontese winemakers.

Minot Langhe Nebbiolo is produced exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes from a vineyard planted in 1980 and located in Monforte d’Alba, approximately 300–330 meters above sea level. Here, the vines are rooted in clayey soil with blue marl and benefit from eastern exposure. After fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, the finished wine ages for a year in French oak barriques. The wine's name is a tribute to Massimo and Ezio's great-grandfather, the first of the Negretti family to dedicate his life to the land and the vine.

In the glass, the wine reveals a beautiful, bright ruby ​​red color with purple highlights. Its aromatic and fragrant profile is distinctive, with typical notes of violet and small red fruits, along with hints of spice and wood. On the palate, it is dry and smooth, with firm yet well-integrated tannins and a good body. It has a strong and elegant character with a long, slightly vanilla-like finish. Excellent with roast pigeon, Lebanese lamb, and Portobello mushroom burger.
