Monzio Compagnoni is located in the Franciacorta hills. Young and vibrant wines are made in a 15th-century farmhouse. Marcello Monzio Compagnoni, the owner, values a contemporary, utilitarian mindset. He started the estate in 1987 releasing the first wine, Valcalepio del Colle Della Luna 2 years later.

Monzio Compagnoni's Millesimato Brut has a lovely elegance to it when swiveled in the wine glass. This Old World sparkling wine exhibits extremely vivid peach, apple, and pear smells, complemented by herbal tea, dark cocoa, and cinnamon spice, which aids barrel expansion when poured into a wine glass.

Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are used to make Monzio Compagnoni's exquisite Millesimato Brut Franciacorta. They grow in a chilly environment in Lombardy, which results in exceptionally long and smooth grapes. They arrive at the crush house as quickly as possible after being hand-picked, after which they are sifted and gently dispersed. After that, fermentation takes place in tiny barrels at regulated temperature conditions. After fermentation, the wine is aged in wooden tanks for five years. It goes well with fish and meat dishes.
