Located 20 km from Pula, Croatia, the Meneghetti winery and its luxury hotel enjoy a privileged location in the heart of the lush countryside of the Istrian peninsula. The winery cultivates a wide range of grapes, including both indigenous and international varieties. The vineyards, protected from the south by a small hill, rest on poor soils rich in iron and gravel, particularly favorable for growing red grapes. In the vineyard, the approach is eco-sustainable and respectful of the terroir, and in the winery, the use of modern technologies is favored.

The wine is an elegant blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes. After harvest and vinification in Slavonian oak, the wine ages for 10 months in 2000l oak barrels and another 10 months in the bottle before being released for sale.

In the glass, Meneghetti White reveals a clear straw-yellow color with golden highlights. Its aromatic profile is broad and complex, featuring fresh and exotic notes of pineapple and melon, as well as citrus aromas, with hints of butter, hazelnuts, and vanilla in the background. On the palate, it is rich and well-structured with a clear mineral vein. It is concentrated and juicy, refreshing and balanced, with a creamy texture and a long, delicately toasted finish. Try it with saltimbocca alla romana, medium-aged cheeses, and crab salads.
