From a modest yet focused collection of 12 hectares of vineyards, the estate produces a fabulous range of terroir-driven wines. For a long time, Chassagne-Montrachet has held a reputation as one of the world’s best white wines, and this example from Marc Colin is no exception. This is a stunning blend of the appellation’s most exceptional plots, made from 100% Chardonnay.
It offers a precise nose with citrus aromas of lemon zest and orange, along with hints of verdant herbal tea and chalk. In the glass, the wine appears an attractive light gold.
