Lawson's Dry Hills winery was founded in the early 1990s by Barbara and Ross Lawson, about ten years after planting their first vineyard. The winery, the only one in New Zealand certified Carbon Zero, has a production philosophy based on three fundamental principles: pleasure, authenticity, and sustainability. To guarantee the best quality, their vineyards are located exclusively in carefully selected regions in the most renowned areas.

The grapes, harvested at maximum aromatic ripeness, are softly pressed. Fermentation takes place cold in stainless steel for 96% of the grapes and in French oak barrels for 4%. This guarantees the preservation of aromatic freshness while still adding greater complexity and texture.

This Sauvignon Blanc from the Marlborough wine-growing region on New Zealand's South Island is an intensely aromatic white wine that exudes clear notes of tropical fruits, lime, and passion fruit. On the palate, the wine reveals a crisp acidity with invigorating mineral notes and fresh fruit aromas. The finish is pleasant and refreshing. Lawson's Dry Hills Sauvignon Blanc Reserve is a perfect aperitif on its own or with oysters, but it also goes well with white fish with a lemon dressing, spicy foods, goat cheese, salads, and vegetarian asparagus dishes.
