Laberinto is a family-owned boutique winery located near Lake Colbun in Chile in the foothills of the Andes. The company vineyards, located at an altitude of 600 m on acidic volcanic soils, are beautifully planted and oriented so as to obtain greater diversity through the variety of soils and sun exposures and guarantee the production of grapes and wines of the highest quality. The company cultivates international vines such as Sauvignon blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling and Semillon among the whites and Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Pais, and Pinot Noir among the reds.

This Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature to preserve the fresh aromaticity typical of this grape variety.

The Laberinto Cenizas Sauvignon Blanc is a very fresh and juicy wine, with a bright color. The aromatic profile is lively and stimulating with notes of guava, lemon, and passion fruit. On the palate, the wine shows a marked minerality, with hints of crushed rock deriving from the volcanic ashes that make up the soil of the vineyards. It is a long and fresh wine. Delicious as an aperitif, it is also excellent in combination with seafood and vegetarian cuisine.
