Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Superiore DOC Spelt Oro is an elegant white wine from the La Valentina farm, founded in the early 1990s in Spoltore, not far from Pescara. Their objective is to create products linked to their territory in total respect for the environment. Human intervention is reduced to a minimum so that the final result is healthy and genuine. In line with the winery's philosophy, there is a specific focus on native vines, in this case, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo.

The ripening of the grapes is favored by the climatic conditions and altitude but also by the clayey character of the soil. Fermentation takes place in contact with indigenous yeasts and the wine is then aged for four months in steel tanks to maintain its remarkable freshness of flavors.

This refined Trebbiano has a bright golden yellow color. The nose is intense, with clean aromas of stone fruit and mineral sensations. There are also hints of bitter oranges and Mediterranean herbs. It is a charming wine and, on the palate, it has a full and rich body with a beautiful freshness and a savory finish of long persistence. Try it with fish preparations, white meat or vegetarian quiches.
