“Les Clos” has often been referred to as the king of Chablis’ Grand Cru vineyards. This expression of the famous site, from Domaine Servin, proves the nickname. Domaine Servin has been a part of the Chablis landscape for a very long time - while they may not have always been winemakers, the monks of Saint Martin referred to members of the Servin family as “vineyard owners” since the 16th century. Today, the winery pays its dues to tradition, while also incorporating modern technology for the highest quality of wine possible.

This Grand Cru Chablis exhibits a velvety, full-bodied palate, with complex flavours of peach, nectarine, apple, and a generous helping of wet stone minerality. The soils in “Les Clos” are rich in limestone and clay. With sharp acidity, it maintains a certain edge, despite the silky, round mouthfeel.
