Located in the prestigious town of Meursault in Burgundy, Domaine Boisson is a family-run winery founded by Bernard Boisson and now run by his children, Pierre and Anne. The estate is divided into three parts: the family vineyards and those owned separately by the two siblings. Anne Boisson owns approximately 1.5 hectares of vineyards, from which she produces elegant and expressive wines with a direct and well-defined style.

The Aligoté grapes, a typical Burgundy variety, are sourced from vineyards located in the village of Meursault and planted on light, clay-limestone soils. The vineyard work is manual, with no herbicides or chemicals used. The result is a refined and authentic wine, a perfect representation of Burgundy white wines and the elegant, minimalist rigor of the Boisson style.

In the glass, the wine reveals a crystalline straw-yellow color with silvery highlights. Its aromatic profile is broad and deep, with lively notes of lemon, green apple, and white flowers, followed by saline and mineral hints on an almond background. On the palate, it is taut, immediate, fresh, and expressive, with lively acidity and a smooth texture. It is energetic and fruity, with a medium-light body and a long, mineral finish. Try it with seafood, sushi, oysters, and steamed white fish, or enjoy it as a delicate aperitif.
