Founded by tennis champion Novak Djokovic's uncle, Goran, Djokovic Winery is located in Central Serbia, in the heart of the Šumadija wine region, which boasts a long winemaking tradition dating back to the Roman Empire. The vineyards spread across the rolling hills near Topola, planted with Syrah and Chardonnay grapes, are cultivated with great care and meticulous attention to produce quality wines that express the full potential of the local terroir.

Djokovic Syrah is an elegant red produced with grapes sourced from the estate's vineyards, planted on mineral-rich soils. After harvest, the wine is fermented traditionally.

In the glass, Djokovic Syrah reveals a brilliant, deep, dark ruby ​​color with intense purple highlights. Its aromatic profile is broad and rich, with notes of blackberry and blackcurrant, cassis, and raspberry jam, intertwined with hints of pepper, licorice, and a touch of dark chocolate. On the palate, it is powerful and savory, captivating and smooth, with a balanced acidity. It has a full body and fine tannins. The finish is long and pleasantly spicy. Try it with goulash, beef tenderloin, or beef stroganoff.
