This English sparkling wine opens with aromas of orchard fruits, brioche, cream and honey, with subtle hints of red berries gained from the Pinot Noir. It is a blend of the 3 great sparkling wine grapes: 63% Chardonnay, 31% Pinot Noir and 6% Pinot Meunier, all harvested from Kit’s Coty 100-acre vineyard in the North Downs of Kent.

Chapel Down is England’s biggest and most important wine producer, creating a stunning range of sparkling and still wines in the most unlikely of places: Tenterden, in England’s southeasterly corner. The winery’s primary mission is to change the way the world perceives English wine, and it is safe to say that the Three Graces is extremely persuasive.

Notes of citrus, green fruits, red berries and baked apple pie meet you on the palate. Lively bubbles create a nice and creamy mouthfeel, melting into further notes of dough and hints of chalk from the Kentish soil. The finish is short and delicious, guaranteed to leave you wanting more. The wine is aged in the bottle for at least 3 years before release. Pair the Three Graces with grilled fish or a sticky risotto.
